Authonomy-writing community from HarperCollins; allows authors to post their works and receive feedback from readers and editors alike.

ProgressiveU- social blogging network of high school and college students working to make a difference on progressive issues; contains a lot of interesting information, debate and discussion on issues big and small.

AllPoetry- a community dedicated solely to poets and the poetry lovers of the world.

Nicole Reising- Nicole is an as of yet unpublished romance author. I encourage you to stop by and see what is happening in her neck of the woods!

OWL at Purdue- Purdue University’s Online Writing Lab. Great source of information on grammar and the like.

Writing Prompts- over 300 writing prompts to help get you started.

Write or Die- application that helps keep you writing by timing you and providing warnings when you slack off.
